On Monday 2nd March, National Allocation Day, parents and carers of year 6 pupils will receive an offer for a place at Whitelands Academy.
The step up to secondary school is an important milestone in every child’s education, and every parent and carer wants the absolute best for their child.
At Whitelands Academy, opening this September, your child will be given the unmissable opportunity to thrive at a modern, well-resourced secondary school.
With our ambitious new principal, Adrian Cush, at the helm, Whitelands Academy will provide all its students with a curriculum that builds on the platform constructed in primary school. While we are focused on the core academic subjects of English, maths, and science, our students will experience a rich and varied education in the arts, technology, and sports. The delivery of this curriculum will be enhanced by the excellent, state-of-the-art facilities at our disposal.
By selecting Whitelands Academy, you are giving your child every chance to be successful in their future.
In a blog posted earlier this week, we explained the actions parents and carers who have already applied for a place at the school need to take.
For those who have received an offer for a different school, or who have not yet applied for a place, it’s still not too late to secure a place at Whitelands Academy. The deadline for appeals is 18th March.
As the first day of school at Whitelands Academy approaches, the excitement is building, and we can’t wait to welcome the very first school year at Whitelands Academy.
